Jamia Lubricant Industries (Pvt.) Limited
Established in 2002, Jamia Lubricants is our premier in-house blending plant, with a blending capacity of over 8000 KL in a single-shift operation. The facility houses two blending kettles, each with a 25,000 L capacity, meticulously outfitted with propellers and supplemented by a forced circulation system.
In addition to that, Jamia Lubricants also offers:
- 6 base storage tanks, with a collective capacity of 800+ KL, to ensure a steady supply of essential ingredients.
- Storage space for finished products in three tanks of 5000 L each for flawless inventory management and distribution.
- Additives storage and decantation tank for customization of lubricant blends.
- To facilitate packaging, we’ve invested in semi-automatic filling machines for 0.7 to 20 L packaging.
- A specialized heat-sealing machine for aluminum seals ensures product quality and integrity
- For large-scale packaging, a semi-automatic drum-filling machine is available.
- A seaming machine that precisely seals 4 L round cans.
- A shrink-wrapping facility that accommodates POF films and PVC sleeves gives a diverse range of lubricant products a professional look.
